Le Méridien Paris Arc De Triomphe 

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives, but one staff member completely changed my final impression. The hotel itself is very nice , especially the location, which is excellent, and the lobby is beautiful . However, when I entered my room, it honestly felt like stepping back in time. Unfortunately, I was given two rooms that had not yet been renovated, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I barely slept during my two-night stay. Because I was busy during the trip, I chose not to complain, even though the poor sleep affected my stay. But everything changed at check-out thanks to Thalia . She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and understanding. Her attitude and warmth completely changed the way I felt about the experience. Despite the issues I had during my stay including problems when trying to make a payment at check-out ( using a debit card) , which she handled with great patience and understanding she remained helpful and genuinely caring throughout. Honestly, I had originally planned to leave a 2- or 3-star review because of the room conditions, but thanks to Thalia , I am changing my mind completely. She deserves 5 stars on her own. This is exactly the kind of service people hope for in a hotel. Staff like Thalia are what make guests want to come back. Thank you again, Thalia , for turning around my experience.
