The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis, The Palm will be temporarily closed for renovations from August 3, 2025. During this period, the Ambassador Lagoon viewing panel near Poseidon Café will remain open during the closure of the Lost Chambers Aquarium. All diving and snorkeling activities remain fully functional and unaffected. Guests staying at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal are invited to a complimentary Fish Hospital tour.

Fish Hospital Tour Details:

Complimentary for all hotel guests.

One tour per guest, per stay.

Duration: 30 minutes.

Frequency: Every hour from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Capacity: 15 guests per session.

Reconstruction of the Shawafel restaurant is planned for the period until December 1, 2025 with the following details: general reconstruction without noise or visual impact. The opening hours are scheduled so as not to disturb the guests.

The city tax depends on the amount of rooms, so for bookings with a single bedroom it is AED 20.00, with two bedrooms it is AED 40.00.

New Year's Eve, 31 December, Gala Dinner per adult: AED 1350.00.

New Year's Eve, 31 December, Gala Dinner per child: AED 625.00 from 4 to 13 years old.

Atlantis The Palm has placed Nobu Dubai restaurant on stop sale for New Year’s Eve. No further bookings will be accepted for this venue.
