Fantastic
I went to Worlington Hall for a Christmas meal with friends and it far surpassed expectations. On approaching the hall it is decorated in beautiful tasteful Christmas lights which looked promising and things only got better from there. The decor inside the Worlington makes you feel like you are actually stepping into Christmas. We were shown to our table be friendly staff. I choose the prawn cocktail to start with - large succulent prawns in a delicious Marie Rose Sauce. The main course I opted for the Norfolk Black turkeys with festive trimmings - the portion was huge . The nicest turkey I have ever eaten and simply the best Yorkshire puddings. Veg was all perfectly cooked and I especially enjoyed the sprouts with smoked bacon and that’s coming from someone who isn’t that keen on them. Dessert was Irish Cream parfait which for any Baileys fan was a delight. The staff were friendly and efficient, topping up glasses frequently. I don’t normally bother writing reviews but Worlington Hall really deserves recognition for a fantastic evening . My friends and I will definitely be returning.
