We came here for the UAB summer term. The price was quite reasonable if you share with a friend. There were vending machines outside my room. Near the apartment there were some restaurants, a supermarket, a washing laundry and a swimming pool. A 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station connecting city centre to UAB - better if you have a bike. The room was big though the washroom was small. The beds were good and the air-conditioning functioned well. There were cooking equipments and a refrigerator. Everything's okay, everything's good. Anyway you can choose the hotel opposite to this apartment, or you can rent a flat near UAB, but if you have limited budget or if you want convenience, this apartment is not a bad choice.
