If you are heading to the opera this is the perfect place to stay as the Arena is just a couple of streets away. The B&B is in a beautiful old building - 3 rooms - clean with everything you need - a good bed and shower and the added benefit of a lovely small balcony with chairs. The host, Francesca, is lovely, helpful but not obtrusive. She has a collection of cushions for the Arena which is a nice touch. Nice breakfast laid out in the morning. As others have said - no lift and quite a few old stone stairs so go easy on the luggage!
