Stay was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Eda at front desk. It was very great! Will definitely come again.

Lovely service from Eda she made check in smooth and easy and asked me about my day which was nice. The rooms were nice and clean the bed was comfortable the only downside the room was hot

Very welcoming and lovely reception eda was very helpful and i enjoyed speaking to her. She was very helpful and kind. A helpful desk which was clean and tidy.

Excellent Stay with Great Service from Eda

I recently stayed at Travelodge and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. What really stood out, though, was the customer service.

It's  an efficient budget  hotel.  The epitome of sxxt, shower, shave, except for the receptionist Sharleen who welcomes you in the evening.   She gives the place a warmth and personality it doesn't deserve.

I chose Travelodge as l was on a budget and l was also travelling with my dog. 

Hotel is in a great location, Sidcup High Street has lots of places for food and there's a Waitrose right next door. The free parking spaces are few - 3 at the back of the hotel and 8 in an underground car park on site. I couldn't get a parking space on any of the nights l stayed, so l used Grassington Road car park nearby, which was £6.50 per night, up til midday the following morning. There were various time slots to choose from, some cheaper than this.

The room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room was extremely hot - sauna like temperatures! A fan was provided and curtains were shut when l entered the room, but still it was like an endurance activity to stay in the room! I got an extra fan and had to sleep on a damp towel to try to cool myself down. My dog had a damp dog blanket on him too, to try to keep him comfortable.

Not a great night's sleep due to this. I also needed earplugs as the fans were so loud it was hard to relax enough to sleep! I stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going back to my room because of the heat.

If it hadn't been for this, l would have had a pleasant stay. The hotel needs air conditioning!

The receptionist was friendly. I think her name is Amy. She guided me and checked me in very quickly. I am delighted with the service here. However, I think the room should have household items such as a refrigerator with drinking water, knives, scissors, forks, spoons, etc. I like this place except that the room lacks household items.

The room really needs more household items like Refrigerator, Knives, scissors, forks, spoons, etc.

Amazing !!

Had a great stay at travelodge. It doesn't have a bar/restaurant as it is small compared to other travelodge but it is next door to a waitrose which is really helpful.
