All staff in the evening were good. Special shout out to Andreia for being so kind and caring and Lear for looking over what would be the best room for a light sleeper.

Great warm welcome from Renae. Very helpful and inviting. Which was lovely after a long drive. Room was nice, clean and tidy.

This travelodge is good for exploring London. Only a few minutes walk from the Underground station. No parking unfortunately so we had to use one suggested on the website which turned out to be £30 a day plus £10 a night. Not the fault of the travelodge. Good night's sleep, comfortable updated rooms. Unfortunately the WiFi was down for the entire trip, much to my 7 year olds disappointment.

We booked this hotel to get to a concert at Wembley but also sightsee some of London before we went home. It was perfect due to how close it is to Finsbury Park Tube station for travelling around. Clean hotel with good size family rooms, friendly staff and good cafe/bar area. 

The hotel was clean, quiet (we were at the top, back overlooking the railway and the Emirates stadium) and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, making it a great start to a day of sightseeing. The buses which stop right outside the hotel made travelling around very easy. Our room was small but comfortable and the bathroom with shower was good. We asked for extra towels as there wasn’t a bath mat but they came immediately. We would happily return and recommend his hotel.

I had an absolutely serine stay at this hotel. Recently appointed manager Ramsey and his excellent colleague Wesley attended to my every possible query and need making my stay so incredibly smooth and seamless. I can't thank them enough for the amazing level of hospitality and service provided. Not only will I be frequenting this particular hotel over other Travelodge branches, I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family as I'm still legitimately taken aback by the level of excellence they clearly want to maintain. A massive thank you again, to Wesley and Ramsey in particular but also the entire wonderful team of Travelodge Finsbury Park!

Clean room, great stay, nice shower, good water pressure, relaxing bed, cable television, great stay for decent budget

This Travelodge is nestled just away from the centre of Finsbury Park.
It is a Travelodge, ( hence the 5 star rating is based on that fact ) so don't expect the Ritz. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with hot drink facilities and a television. The bathroom consisted of a shower, sink and a toilet. The hotel also supplied hand soap and shower gel. There is not much hanging or drawer space in the room so probably not ideal for a long stay of more than a couple of nights. 
We did not eat in the hotel so cannot judge on that aspect, but judging from most of the other reviews there appears to be little to complain about. 
The beauty of this location is that it is a short walk to Finsbury Park station and therefore you can be in the West End of London or the City in a minimum amount of time by using the underground. The main line into Kings Cross, or Thameslink services are available from the same station. Local buses will take you into the Camden Town, Islington or to most of the North London suburban areas in no time at all.
We paid a little extra to have a room on the top floor which from our point of view was money well spent.
Basically you pay for for what you get and in this case it was value for money.

The hotel and staff were lovely, the only noise you had was the odd rumble from the trains but that’s expected as it’s right next to Finsbury station. The only disappointing factor was the breakfast, the croissants and breads were extremely stale and the fruit was still frozen solid so will skip paying the £10 each for this next time and grab a pastry and coffee from Starbucks next to the station next time. But room was comfortable and clean which is the main thing for me when staying away.

London break

Decent modern Travelodge close to tube station which gets into central with 15 mins or so and small Tesco and Asda for snacks nearby.  Only negatives was the carpet was very stained and the room wasn’t cleaned and if on train line side it’s noisy from early morning  , special mention to Fahria on reception very helpful and credit to Travelodge.  Would we stay again yes we would

Good hotel for the price

Arrived Wednesday august the 6th, got greeted by a lovely lady on reception, but lear the young lad working in the hotel made myself and my partners stay much better, he couldn't do enough for us, will definitely return in future and cant thank lear enough for making our stay so much easier and amazing.

Superb customer service, from arrival to departure.  Andriea was so welcoming and very helpful.  Abhishek on reception was so helpful too as were all the staff whose names I didn’t get.  Nothing was too much trouble.  The room was spacious and spotless. Comfy bed with all the amenities you need. We had food in their restaurant too which was lovely and served by the chef himself. I would definitely return to this travel lodge its location, staff and comfortable stay was great.
