came here for September weekend and very clean the breakfast is amazing, Tracy the owner is so friendly does anything to go out her way to make you feel welcome we will certainly be back. Out the way from Central but better away from the noise and only a jump in a tram away.

Arrived on friday morning to a lovely greeting. Offered an upgrade (turned down because our first room was perfect). Rooms are spotless and comfy. Breakfast was out of this world. There is no bar at the hotel,which is fine because you don't get rowdy guests drinking til all hours 😀.cannot wait to visit again.

Stayed for 3 nights in The Rothwell, very clean and tidy, decorated beautifully, the room we had was very spacious and cool. Tracey was really friendly and cooked a lovely breakfast. It’s in the quieter part of Blackpool, to get into the town was a 15 minute walk. Had a fab stay. 

What a lovely place to stay absolutely spotless so clean and a lovely room .Tracey the landlady is a great host and made us feel welcome, breakfast was lovely really enjoyed our short break would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a small hotel but what a find !  The room is beautiful  clean very tidy choclates in thd room tea and coffee making equipment  all the mod cons    and s lovely breakfast  one of the best hoteld i have stayed in in blackpool
