I travel a lot and this is THE CHARLEE HOTEL is at the top of the list for me. From start to finish the customer service is probably the best I’ve ever received from any country or hotel. The hospitality was EXTREMELY attentive whenever needed. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and all the food was fresh. The hotel has top notch security and is a safe environment. They have security at the front door of the entrance and the security team is on high alert for your safety. If you need transportation to and from the airport give them a call and they will organize it for you. They do have bilingual host at the front desk and are extremely attentive. The gym and pool has AMAZING views and the in room jacuzzi makes the Charlee Hotel surpass any hotel in the area. Great restaurants right next door and La Provenza is a 4 min walk away. Location is super clean. If you’re considering between hotels the Charlee Hotel is a 100% must book experience.
