Slow Life Umbria - Relais de Charme

Slow life is beautiful located; with such a nice view on the hills of Umbria. The architecture is really designy authentic. The pool is really nice and large; large enough for serious swimming! We had the smallest room but is was quite big. The breakfast was qualitative good: self baked bread, fresh fruit and jams and fresh scrambled eggs and some pastry and one kind of cheese and ham. However, after a few days this gets a bit boring. Some more variation was welcome! The room wasn't always properly cleaned, the water in the shower smells and the beds at the pool are really uncomfortable. During our 6 days of stay, we only got one pair of toeles for the pool. And the wifi at the mainhouse (the only place where there is wifi) wasn't working properly, which was really anoying. This all seems really pennywise poundfoolish to me. Some minor investments would really upgrade it from an 8 to a 9. The village nearby is very small, but really charming.
