Our daughter got married in July a church near Schloss Rubein. This was my first trip to Italy. The wedding party stayed at the castle for the wedding, The owner, Contessa Elaine du Parc, ensured the wedding party was a complete success. Over 100 hundred people attended the wedding and party. We had a fabulous dinner party after the wedding with dancing. The food was catered and Contessa and her staff helped with every aspect. Our rooms at the castle were huge with terrific views. The continental breakfast was excellent. The very large grounds and gardens of Schloss Rubein are truly beautiful. It is a very safe and secure location. There is a adequate parking too. We arrived by car and departed by taxi and train. It is near the alps Merano, and Bolzano. The train station at Bolzano is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Schloss Rubein immensely. We are planning to return next summer. I personally want to thank Contessa du Parc and her staff for their wonderful service to us and our wedding guests. It was perfect.
