Recommend, service is good and faster, as the hotel is near to mall’s and red square, safe, and this is my 2nd time to book
What was bad
I highly recommend savoy hotel. The service is excellent and fast. The location is very convenient, as it is close to malls and Red Square, and the area is safe, it definitely won’t be the last.

Lovely old-school charm with great attention to detail, very friendly staff, great swimming pool and gym.
What was bad
I handed in laundry (a jeans, a sweater, some old t-shirts, a shirt and pants and socks and underwear) and the bill was 8200 rubles (100$). With those prices, guests should be informed beforehand. It sort of ruined my otherwise very positive experience of the hotel, not because of the money in itself, but because of the sheer absurdity of this
