New management have taken over this hotel and are continually working on upgrading all the rooms and facilities. The  room we stayed is was freshly painted with remodeled bathroom, 2 queen beds with new mattresses and fresh linens. Anything we needed was immediately responded to by the management at the front desk who are friendly and cooperative to work with.  Security is excellent with 24 hour camera surveillance and unlike some of the older reviews on this site we did not experience any excessive noise issues.  I recommend the OYO Hotel for hospitality and overall value for money.

New owners

We stayed here with the old owners and it's true....it was rough but cheap. This hotel is a new place. The owners are lovely, the hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It's like being in an entirely new place. Thank you Bob and the rest of the staff. You have worked really hard and it's paying off!! We will be back every time we are in town.

Wonderful place

Place is good very friendly people they are loud and noisy but friendly room is OK has furniture four Walls and windows has a bathroom with the toilet which is comes in handy if you want to make friends people friendly here so friendly friendly friendly and bathroom too

Pretty Good

Me and my best friend made a road trip out to Florida as he was going to see his son and I had family and friends I wanted to see. Since this motel had the lowest rate out of all of the others in the area so we decided to stay here. The place is a bit run down to be honest. The beds were comfortable but the major issue was the fact we couldn't get the shower to work properly there was no cold water running to our room and the water came out scalding hot with the sink water being either warm or scalding hot and after being in a car for 10 1/2 hours we both really wanted a shower. We tried calling front desk and no one answered, we went down to the front desk and no one was there, that is very poor customer service. My friend had to shower at his son's mothers house and I had to wash myself with a wet cloth and my hair in the sink. We ended up demanding a refund the next day because of this and stayed somewhere else. You are better off skipping this motel and spending a little extra and staying somewhere of better quality.

Find somewhere else to stay

This is not a place for rest and relax upon completion of your days work…. This is a place for recreation drugs and prostitution. Even law enforcement officers are involved in the shenanigans that goes on in this place. Officers from the local PD involved in illegal drug use and sexual misconduct paying the prostitutes for performing fellatio on the officer, with dope from the evidence locker still packed in the brown paper bag. I seriously could not believe what I saw… This area has gone down tremendously and the PD has anyone they want arrested here… I checked out the moment I witnessed this and took a video of it. I am in shock to see what the local government of this County has become. This hotel was very different and there was actually policing being done back in the early 2000s when I used to live in the area. I can’t sit around and be a part of the problem. Lastly the pictures of this place online are from many many yrs ago, the place now looks rundown and dirty and the linen dirty. There’s no housekeeping, no laundry that Matt that works and people to clean up the common areas this place turned out to be a real dump. I checked in, spent one night and left the following day and cancel my two weeks and then they said they will refund me until this day; Three months later, I’m still waiting for my refund

Motel 6 corruption and false advertisement

Rude employees towards the end of our stay . When me and my husband stayed they acted weird towards us when we would hang outside and talk to other guests and then one employee would say we would get kicked out if we didn’t broke it up.

Hotel from hell

False advertising. NO housekeeping,no table,no trash can,no iron,ironing board,, no hair dryer.all this is stated on their website. Then won’t give a refund for the days we haven’t stayed yet and they want a $50 damage deposit! I guess that’s because they are afraid you’ll be mad and destroy something! Duh.

Don’t stop here!!

Omg this place is the worst place in the world to ever stay at, so me an my husband came down to Florida to visit my mom, an she sold her home so we all had to stay in a motel till she closed on her new home well we picked the wrong place to stay at, me an my husband got a room an my mom an step dad got a room well we delt with alot of fruit flies an big nasty hissing cockroaches an some other type of bugs wich not sure what they were, so my mom husband a disable vet an they should have not had to deal with that nobody should for the price u pay to stay there wich was over $400 for 5 friggin days so we were over charge to not counting the room we're very very dirty an nasty with hair everywhere an then hair from the part of body I won't mention because it was so so nasty, an that not even the smell of the rooms it stunk so bad we had to spray an light insents an candles in our room plus we had to clean an sanitize our rooms also because the motel doesn't even sanitize there rooms or clean, omg not counting on the cops that go there every day an night to kick homeless people out or people that live there year around, just put it this way if there people on here giving 2-5 star review well DONT BELIEVE THEM IT A LIE GO OUTS WHERE YOUR BETTER OFF, we were also worried the bugs might hitch a ride on our stuff that we took into room an then we take um back to our home omg that would not be good so PLEASE don't stay at this place because you will regret it, oh I forgot the fridge an microwave was also nasty an had mold in it, it was a bad time for me an my family an I feel bad for my mother who in 60th an step dad who in 70th had to deal with it an the management didn't care an treated us like crap an they were very disrespectful to is when we complain to them about our rooms an they did notta to accommodate us on any of our problem an that right there is bad customer service an there all about the money that it oh yeah one more thing they say no animal well I saw over 10 people that live or stay there, also they hired people that are wanted by cops that bad right there, so just please don't stay here, it Worth paying that extra few dollars because you will be better off, and you will get more then one wash cloth an towel because that all they gave out for a room with two bed in it, it just a really bad place to stay at so please just don't it not worth the stress an headache,

La Casa Inn,,, It a Dumpster Dive, Cockroach, Bug infested dirty motel

I booked the room and arrived at 8 to check in. Was told they cancelled my reservation and doubled the price.

The rooms are not like in the picture. Broken furniture covered in mold. Sheets had dirt stains. Carpet was stained and coveed in dirt. Bathtub had black stains. 1 towel in the room and it was stained They said laundry was closed until 11am which is after check out so they couldn't get me more. Door locks were also broken. Bugs that looked like fleas. I didnt even stay in the room and they wouldnt refund me.
