When I first got to the hostel without the reservation, i tried to ask the staff but seemed like they didn’t really wanted to help and told me to walked to another building. After long morning, I was tried and decided to book it through the website. I went back there again with a bit emotional. I shown them my booking then the staff was trying to calm me down by his offering a cup of coffee some snack and spoke nice to me. So that was very much better. 😊 After the stay, I felt like I should have stayed here since the first day I got to Rome. Everyone there treat me like a family, Very helpful, The big guy extremely nice and super funny!!! The place might be a little bit narrow but compare to another one I went to at the first day, this one deffo better!
