This was our first snow holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodation is basic and dated but everything works fine! If you are planning on doing self catering then be prepared to cook meals using only pots and pans. There is no oven or toaster, but there is a microwave. We only had one plug point in the apartment so if you need to charge multiple devices the make sure you pack an extension of some kind. The shower was a little old so the spray from the head was a little odd, but it did the job. The kids learnt what a bidet was 😂. My kids didn't try any of the kids entertainment as they felt a little awkward being the only English kids. But from what we saw there is a room for kids with ping pong, table football and other games. There is a communal lounge area but from what we saw it was mostly used by youngsters unless there was football on! 😁 The laundromat was easy enough to use and you don't need detergent as it automatically dispenses. It did cost 5 Euros per wash but the tumble dryers were free. I considered this a bonus as I didn't have mountains of washing to bring home. Over all the staff were friendly, they try to help as much as possible and we really enjoyed our stay.
