Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. From June 29 to July 19, 2026, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna will be closed for maintenance. The gym and beauty salon will continue to operate as usual.
The cost of breakfast on January 1, 2026 will be: RUB 7000.00 for an adult, RUB 3500.00 for a child from 6 to 12 years old inclusive.
The hotel provides a complementary visa support service: a visa voucher. In case of no-show, the guest will be charged a service fee of RUB 3000.00.
Parking is available on the municipal street parking in front of the hotel and in a paid underground lot opposite the main entrance, which is offered at a special rate for hotel guests; advance reservation and vehicle details are not required.
The selected bed type is not guaranteed and is determined upon check-in at the hotel.
Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the Radisson Collection Fitness and SPA health club.
A cot for children under 3 years old is provided free of charge.
Breakfast for children from 6 to 12 years old is not included in the "Breakfast included" rate. It is paid additionally upon check-in.
Meals for guests on extra beds are paid additionally upon check-in.
