Premier Inn Thetford

We stayed for 2 nights here from Monday to Wednesday.  We had reserved a Premier Plus double room and were allocated room 122 which as on the first floor overlooking the car park at the rear of the hotel.  The room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable.  The bathroom and shower were also spotless.  The A/C worked well while we were sleeping.  The staff were all cheerful and friendly.  The hotel is located about 100m off the A11 and just under a mile from the centre of town.  We had booked full breakfasts for our stay which were served in the attached pub the Warrener.  We also had 2 evening meals there.  Again the staff were friendly and the food excellent and good value for money.

A great Premier Inn with plenty of parking. Can’t fault the room. Everything as expected in a premier inn. Staff really friendly too.

I like staying at Premier Inns especially super rooms love the little extras very comfortable beds always to a very clean standard friendly staff good food local to where I needed. Free parking where I stayed 

What an amazing experience, didn't really expect it to be as excellent as it was.
The whole place was spotlessly clean, a nice welcome at reception by Megan who was wonderful. The lighting in the room was lovely, a large and deep bath, the most comfortable beds. Only one pillow provided but there was a spare in the wardrobe, which my wife used. I asked Megan if we could get another pillow and there it was when we got back in after going to see our daughter. Pillows are just amazing, incredibly soft and fluffy.
I had stayed at a Travel Lodge in the past, they use a separate facility for breakfast etc. The Premier Inn has it's own excellent restaurant. Breakfast was superb, tasty, good quality produce. I had Continental and loved it others had full English which they all said was also excellent.
Last time we visited the area we stayed at a more 'upmarket' hotel, it was twice the price and no comparison at all. I shall be using Premier Inn wherever I'm visiting in the future.

Not my first time at a Premier Inn. Far from it, but the member of staff who checked me in (4/1/24 @ about 1630) was great. Very pleasant without being OTT, and efficient & knowledgable. 
This particular PI can also provide small items such as toothpaste, toothbrush and hot chocolate in return for a small donation to charity. 
The actual accommodation was clean, spacious and of good quality. 
If I’m ever staying fairly close by I’d happily return.

The main purpose of our stay was to spend time in Thetford forest, so we chose the hotel mostly for the location and the facilities: free parking on site and restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel feels really secure and the staff is very helpfull.

In short it is very good value for money. I will stay there again next time I visit the area.

Wait times and service at the restaurant attached can be a bit of a nightmare but the staff seem stretched. Hotel side of things 10/10 though

Stayed here for New Years Eve for party. Great location and plenty of parking. Didn’t eat at location so can’t comment. Hotel was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, particularly as I don’t know the area and got there in the dark.

Been here annually since 2012, great location for the Forest/High Lodge, good value rooms, dinner and breakfast in the Warrener were good. 
Lots of parking, quiet room, you know what you’re getting and it works just fine. 
Even did the Thetford Park Run!

Great place to visit the forest

Hotel and staff are very good. However please note breakfast is not served until 0700 at the weekend. Which was too late for us to have a cooked breakfast as we were competing at Snetterton circuit.  As the hotel is advertised as being close to the circuit and there being a queue waiting for the breakfast room to open. I would expected breakfast to start at 0630 as it does on weekdays.

As rated above, the place is reasonable place to stay. I stayed for a night's rest and it was quite comfortable. 

If I had to improve anything in Premier Inn hotels I would recommend they start serving halal and kosher food. It is quite a strange thing that UK hotels don't do this. You will probably see much more diversity and guests coming in. It won't affect those who don't chose and certainly won't be detrimental to your business. If you researched and found out the requirements of this, you would be surprised how cost effective it is and a surge in your profits.

You will break barriers and your profits would improve, guaranteed. Also, it makes a good edition to your menu.

A night's stay + breakfast

We had to book in literally at last minute when we had car problems. I was annoyed that our payment wouldn't go through online and that when you book in person at reception it is far more expensive  - why? Makes no sense. Hence only 4 star but the actual stay was nice. Only 1 bath towel which is very strange as a double room. Staff were friendly, room comfortable and had a lovely breakfast.

great place to sleep, have mini fridge, coffee machine and lovely premier inn plus room. but they need to clean more in the bathroom and fix the shower hose to the shower head where water came out. also friendly staff for to help deaf people there :-)
