A really lovely place to stay, very comfortable beds,clean,and very obliging staff especially one member called Nicky Partridge who went out of her way to make our stay extra special.

Really central yet amazingly quiet location in Cornwall just off the A30. Located in a shopping village it benefits from M&S, Boots, TKMax, Starbucks, and 24hr McDonalds as well as a well equipped 24hr Shell fuel station amongst the outlets within 100m of the hotel.
A very friendly atmosphere made all the more appealing by a room that was both clean and well appointed with an en-suite shower and bathroom.

Comfortable stay, good central location, plenty of secure parking. Lots of facilities close by, Mac Donald’s, petrol, coffee, tk maxx, M&S etc. Friendly staff. No noise could be heard from the main road. 

Charming hotel offering a convenient and budget-friendly location, situated just off the A30.

The room itself was clean and served as a good place to stay over for the night.

The staff were really friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They provided great recommendations for local attractions too.

I go all the time all and the staff including the housekeeping in the corridors are friendly. Breakfast is good value, and good quality. Lots of shops nearby and they are open until 8pm. The car park is pretty big and its free. Convenient one night stop for what I needed, will return again soon.

Perfect for what we needed. Would recommend getting the buffet breakfast! Our teens are never full an it was a blessing! 
Also a Starbucks right outside for the teenager who 'can't function without her Starbies'

Excellent hotel throughout. Reception staff are friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, including when advising on local travel routes. 

The room was also immaculate. Premier inn yet again showing excellent value for money.

We stay here every year when visiting family. 
As usual, we received a warm welcome from the deputy manager.  The room was the usual Premier Inn standard; clean and with everything we needed. Extra towels and pillows were quickly provided. 

The room temperature was just right; the window was open which was great. 

The beds were comfy, with cosy duvets.  Even the second child’s bed was comfy (these can be hard and uncomfortable). 

The shower was absolutely lovely, decent pressure and consistent temperature.  The new Baylis & Harding shower gel (and hand wash) were a welcome new touch. 

The road noise wasn’t an issue; we were on the shop side of the hotel, and the cars passing weren’t really a problem. 

Breakfast next door at the Penhale Round was great both mornings.  The buffet was well stocked, and everything was cooked to order.  

Special thanks to the bearded gentleman on reception who helped us when the vending machine played up. He wouldn’t be beaten and we eventually got out items. 

Plenty of car parking, handy shops and McDonalds, easy location. See you next year!

Stayed here for one night.  Room was clean and bed was comfy.  Only one towel for two people.  No drinking glasses.  Tea and coffee were minimal and barely any liquid soap.  Was nice and quiet for the evening, I think this would be an issue if not in an even number room though.  Noisy traffic in the morning as shoppers driving to the shops right next to you so I don’t think ideal in warmer weather when you would like a window open.  Premier inn sign was covered in green mould on the building outside.

The staff were very friendly, everything went smooth with checking in and out. The beds were crisp-clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely and quiet.
The next door pub is such a fantastic option: the food was great, staff were so kind and welcoming and being literally next door makes it so ideal if you have to drag the kids out of bed to make it to breakfast. 
The handwritten welcome note and the matchmakers chocolate box were such a personal touch too!

Highly recommended hotel! Well done, Premier Inn.
