My experience staying at premier inn was the best Sonya was really helpful, kind and accommodating. She made sure we got everything we needed in time

Amazing night sleep  and the hotel was very clean and the staff was Great will definitely book again would happily recommend to anyone

The bed was very comfy, the room was quiet and dark and shower was great. The breakfast was lovely and always fresh. and the staff were very helpful, especially Louise at breakfast. ..................................................

From the minute we arrived very friendly service especially from Louise 
Nothing was too much trouble, and I can honestly say she was not stop, reception, bar and serving food 
And all with a big smile 
Room was really clean tidy and plenty of room 
We will be back

The Hotel  is made by the happy and caring staff who helped with everything we needed and wanted to know.  The staff at the Drove resturant were kind and efficient and bothe the hotel and the resturant were clean and well cared for.  It was a surprise that we consider that the service we erceived at this hotel was beeter than that we have received at some 5* hotels

For the price we've paid it was a very good night. The hotel is very near the ferry and that why we took it. Impressive big room and comfortable bed for the price. If we had time we ate the breakfast there for sure. 

We stayed over for 2 nights while visiting family, the hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly especially Jake on reception.
 Fire alarm went off at 5am on one of the mornings but if its a life saver there's no complaints from me.

My stay at this hotel was very good no problems at all . Would recommend Having the Brewers Fair next door was a bonus as well. As no need to go and find somewhere to eat. Food was very good value for money. The staff in the hotel and the restraunt very very friendly and helpful

Enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn, Newhaven. Did what all Premier Inn's do. Parking available on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Everything we needed in there. Comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Slept so well. Used the restaurant onside for dinner and drinks. Very good. Overall very happy with is all. Good job. 

Large, clean comfortable room. Fan included which was great in the hot weather. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with excellent food, drink and service. Very good value for money. Would definitely use Premier Inn again.

We had a comfortable night at the Premier Inn. The bed was cosy, and we got a good night’s sleep. The room was clean and the hot shower in the morning was just what we needed.
One odd detail, though: the spare towel wasn’t in the bathroom, but tucked away at the back of the fridge. Not a big issue, just unexpected and a bit amusing especially upon our arrival other guests were complaining about there only one towel in their room 
Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small quirk worth mentioning.

A Restful and Comfortable Experience

I've been to many premier inns but have never commented before, but this one at Newhaven has quite a lot of negative reviews so I thought I'd leave my opinion. Staff as usual were friendly and helpful, pub next door was fine, large car park,  beds clean and comfortable  as usual and general cleanliness good, but in my room the ner curtains had black mould on them and really bad areas in the shower with black mould (see pictures). I suspect I could clean the mould off with a small brush and some bleach in minutes,  the net curtains could be replaced at minimal expense. Why don't the management assign someone to go through each room and identify these bad issues and take action to rectify them, it would be at minimal expense and then the rooms would be totally acceptable in my opinion. I thought otherwise the rooms were generally  good.  My only other observation at  Newhaven was the lack of TV channels,  no sky news, gb news,  talking pictures etc etc. Otherwise a happy punter.

Great staff, great food and a  great place

The stay was as you'd expect. We had an issue with one of the towels supplied had a massive black stain on it, but when i raised it with staff it was immediately resolved. Food and drink was fine, decent value, but nothing to write home about. Ginger beer wasn't included in the meal deal so had to pay an extra £3.
