Extremely easy check in. Good rooms. Restaurant and bar, the staff were Fabulous, a big shout out to them. The holiday starts as soon as you arrive the night before your flight and this certainly happened here!

Lovely hotel. From the staff at front desk to the bar staff and late staff on checking out they were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Massive thank you to the lady on reception when all 7 of us turned up, your patience was appreciated wish I got your name.

Spacious clean room with comfy bed at very reasonable cost. So conveniently located to the airport for my early flight the following morning. Very impressed!

The scrambled eggs from chief the chef were excellent. 
Gill who worked in the breakfast area was so cheerful and helpful she is a credit to your team the stay was comfortable. 
The location to the airport is brilliant 

We had a 06.00 flight so wanted somewhere to sleep for a few hours before check in at 04.00.
Reception was effortless, room was clean and comfortable and, more than anything, it was very quiet considering it’s at the end of the runway 

Had originally checked into the brittania within 2 mins of being there I booked the Premier inn so glad I did the hotel was welcoming and the staff excellent the room and bed was very comfortable so glad they had availability at such short notice

We kicked off our holiday here. Very comfortable  hotel excellent  staff. The service was great and staff helpful from the minute we arrived until we left for the airport the following  morning. The restaurant had plenty of options and we enjoyed a lovely meal with an excellent  bottle of wine. 

Visit regularly with working nearby at the airport.
Greeted with a smile by Louise, had poached eggs, mushrooms,  beans , toast and fresh ground coffee.
Lovely clean place to eat and relax.
Staff are friendly and nothing is too much bother & with unlimited coffee ☕️ it is a perfect place for paperwork.

For those early flights, the Premier Inn @ Newcastle airport is perfect. I used the metro to arrive at the airport. Then a five minute walk to the hotel and five back to the terminal in the morning. it’s a great location. 

As with Premier Inn, you know exactly what you are getting.

Over the weekend 14th/15th Jan 2023 my son and I stayed at the Premier Inn Newcastle Airport,as it provided good secure parking and direct access to the Newcastle Metro, which enabled visits to Newcastle and St James's Park to watch the match. We at stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed two breakfasts and two evening meals which were very tasty and excellent value. The hotel provided a warm friendly base for food and several alcoholic beverages.
Jenny provided good assistance throughout the visit.

We have stayed here many times over the years mainly for the price and convenience, so easy to get to the airport. It is tired but reception staff pleasant and room acceptable for the price we request the same room and this is always delivered.
 The only negative is the restaurant, poor food and extortionate drink prices. This really needs addressing by management.

Great place to stay for flight from Newcastle airport

As loyal customers having stayed many times we were disappointed to be asked for an extra 10 pounds to get our room at 2pm instead of 3pm even though our room was ready .We new there was a charge from 11am but didn’t think 1hour early justified the extra charge so declined to pay it . We had therefore had to hang about for an hour having traveled several miles to get there . Not a good start to our stay . We did ask at reception why this charge has been added since our last visit but was told it was a new thing but didn’t give a reason . Very disappointed.

Pleasant stay after disappointing start

I had problems find the hotel - from the airport, it's hidden behind the Hilton and you have to go through the Hilton grounds to find it. Apart from that, everything went fairly smoothly - dinner was good for this kind of place (rib-eye steak perfectly cooked!), breakfast was good - and served freshly, the room was comfortable, if plain and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. 

The location is ideal for me as it's an easy taxi ride to my mother's care home.

The only downside was that I got woken up by people leaving early to get their planes. Next time, I'll ring the hotel and ask for a room at the end of the corridor.

Excellent stay before our holiday

Great value

Hotel and staff were great, our room was first class and had everything we wanted for the overnight stay. The only downside to the stay was the fact that the Haddock & chips were out of a freezer, the batter wasn't great and the fillet wasn't skinless
