Smooth,early check inn from friendly staff.
Premier plus room 433 clean and warm with a great view of Lincoln cathedral.
Good walk in shower with lovely soap and shower gel provided.
Breakfast was busy but staff continued to replenish wherever they could.
A great base for exploring Lincoln.

We have now stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is excellent. We even have stayed in the same bedroom each time too. We have never experienced any problems and it’s always been a lovely family time away. The staff are great, the food is nice and the rooms are clean. Thank you

Very clean room, lovely stay and hotel is in the centre so didn’t take long to walk to anything around us.

Came in at night around 10 and had a quick drink was lovely and quiet no noise at all through the night

Breakfast - my husband had the cooked breakfast choice which he loved I had the continental choice but there didn’t seem to be many options but nonetheless still loved the stay and would stay again.

We had a nice two night stay, the staff were nice and Chris was especially welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Fantastic view, comfy beds and fantastic service! We were offered complimentary drinks to celebrate our Anniversary. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much of an ask, the staff at the bar were fast and friendly too. Thank you so much Chris, Bee, Nas for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

At only £35 for a Thursday night I was delighted with the value for money.  Since my last visit the bedrooms and corridors have been full refurbished.  You now get a spacious walk-in shower rather than the tricky shower over a bath.  However, the water supply to the basin was a bit unpredictable as you could have cold water running only to get a burst of warm water come through.  My 3rd floor room at the quiet side of the hotel was spacious with a comfortable armchair and a view up to the cathedral.  The restaurant staff were on the ball keeping the dinner service running smoothly, with the chef helping by delivering meals to tables.  The bus and rail stations are under a 10 minute walk from the hotel.  The Cornhill and general shopping areas are just across the road.

Really freindly helpful staff made for a wonderful 2 night stay. 
Nothing was too much trouble & all went out way to give a great experience. Reception, breakfast, bar and cleaners, ( Kelly & chef). Great location.



Warm welcoming staff- clean comfy rooms
After a seven hour journey to get here, we were welcomed my lovely stuff for efficient and just knew what they were doing, and we felt very valued as a customer . We went to the restaurant and had a great meal. It was busy but staff made all the difference. I think it’s too much trouble. I travel a great deal for business and always makes a huge difference when staff are as welcoming and accommodating.

This is our second stay at Lincoln Premier Inn. Really comfortable stay. Friendly helpful staff. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Peaceful at night so had a good night's sleep. Breakfast and evening meal deal good value. Would definitely stay at this hotal again. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and clean,  pleasant stay,  10 out 10 except for 1 member of staff,, not at all helpful. Attitude problem.  When we asked about car parking,, which we knew was council owned premier inn had no responsibilities for,, we just wanted to know if we could come and go after we paid for 24hrs stay..  surely it would of been asked before, and maybe he would know.  Or advice,  felt he was rude.. then the same male when we came down for dinner,  said it doesn't open until 6,, and food was available at 7.30.. we are not open all day,  with a smirk..

Great hotel!

Booked in on Friday, no problems. Did the early book in for £10. I had a hospital procedure to go to early on Saturday so just needed to rest. All was fine. Slept well that night and when back from hospital returned to hotel to rest. Everything fine until the room upstairs was occupied. They couldn't have made any more noise if they'd tried. I am not sure how they managed to make every footstep resonate the way they did, but they did. Things got quieter during the evening, so I assume they had gone out. They returned at about 02:00 on Sunday and by 02:20 I tried to phone reception. It wasn't answered and the call got automatically cut off. So I went to reception to complain. There were no staff about, but after using the call system two turned up. I told one of the problem and he came upstairs to investigate. I have no idea what was done as I returned to bed and thankfully sleep for the remainder of the night. 

We decided to have breakfast on the Sunday morning, although we hadn't previously booked breakfast. On entering the restaurant and getting a table we went to get our cooked breakfast. No beans, no scrambled egg, no bacon, no hash browns. I spoke to one of the assistants and said that some items need replenishing and got a lecture on how only 54 people had booked for breakfast and about 154 had turned up and that she had just told all the people in the queue that they would replenish things as quickly as possible. Fair enough, but I wasn't one of them, I'd only just arrived! So we waited... and waited. Eventually got a "breakfast" of scrambled egg, two rashers of barely cooked bacon, a sausage that had the toughest skin I have ever come across and some beans. Oh and a slice of black pudding that was so stodgy it was inedible.

I’d made the ultimate error and booked the wrong week for my business trip.  The hotel and others in area were fully booked as it was graduation week ! Milly and Katie were exceptional in trying to help me as much as possible.  They didn’t have to as it  was my error but they went above and beyond their duty to help me in a very difficult situation.  I can’t thank them enough and I would consider them an asset to your company
