We like the premier Inn because we know what we'll get, a warm comfortable and clean room and that's exactly what we got. 
The premier Inn experience is always enhanced by the staff who were cheerful and friendly at all times 😄. Even the poor guy that had to deal with the fire alarm going off at approx 5:45am, he dashed about sorting the issue and got us back to our rooms quickly, don't know his name but well done young man and thank you. 

Room as always clean and comfortable. As it was a birthday mini break and we had been a few times, Carol on reception left me a card and a bottle of fizz from herself and the team. So lovely of her. In fact, we have found all the staff to be super friendly and efficient every time we visit. Big shout also to the breakfast staff and evening staff. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely go back when the weather is a bit warmer as Arundel is such a charming town.

Just off A27 literally. Thankfully had room away from road and did not hear a thing. Reception staff helpful as enquired about iron and ironing board, and when came back down was there for me. ‘Clean’ / new and excellent iron and no ‘burnt bits’ on ironing plate which have found in the past when asked for iron at other places. 
If you want to look for faults it needs a lick of paint / upgrade, but service /staff , more than made up for this.

We had a lovely relaxing stay, very clean and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We will be back to stay in the future. The outside was a little dated and could do with a paint job. Other than that perfect all round, food was also delicious 

Comfy beds, tasty breakfast, kids under 16 eat free, if one adult takes a Full English & friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. We truly enjoyed our after Christmas- New Year break.
We always stay at the Premier Inn when visiting the UK and will definitely do so again. 

The staff were very friendly and put you at ease straight away.I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Arundel.Very good value as wellThe building on the outside need some attention but don’t let that put you off because inside is spotless and very comfortable .

Just back from 2 day stay at Arundel Premiere Inn and possibly the best one we have stayed in. Needs a coat of paint on the outside but once inside its very clean and comfortable. The Beefeater next door immaculate and very welcoming and friendly staff. Totally recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff also very nice and friendly with ready smiles. Would definitely recommend you stay. The best breakfast we have had anywhere including the many Warners we go to. fantastic.

One of the nicest Premier Inns we have stayed at situated just outside Arundel . 
When staying at a Premier Inn especially with a member of our party having mobility issues, you can be assured of a certain standard which is really important when addressing mobility requirements. The accessibility room ( Room 2) was situated on the ground floor ~ no lifts available at this establishment. The room had a decent size bathroom, alarm button available, thankfully not required! Situated at a quiet part of the building & very cool although a large fan is provided if required. Our second room (109) was situated on the first floor , equally as comfortable, overlooking the rear car park & although much warmer the room was very comfortable with the use of a fan.  Again, a quiet situation, slept very well.
Rooms are only serviced while staying ,if requested before midday which does  make a lot of sense from staffing & from an environmental point of view.
Always someone on reception with staff being warm & welcoming. Very obliging when requests were made for extra tea/coffee.
Easy access to the Beefeater Restaurant via a rear entrance & limited disability parking although generally a space was usually available.

As a family we have stayed in many premier inns across the country, but never experienced such a fantastic group of people as we have in the Arundel branch. Every staff member from the receptionists to the cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming. The level of service was impeccable,  the staff in the restaurant were especially wonderful, nothing was too much trouble ! If you were planning a trip to Arundel to see the castle or the town I cannot recommend the premier highly enough, thankyou for a great stay.

Don’t let the outside put you off, looks a little shabby, inside its clean and smart, good size rooms and bathrooms. The staff at reception were all lovely and the beefeater next door is very good. It’s a mile walk into Arundel and 1/2 mile to the station, if you like walking it’s a great place to stay and has lots of free parking, high standard of Premier Inn.

The only problem we had was the flat pillows, we did tell them when we left and they are in the process of replacing them.

Good no frills clean place to put down your head. It’s about 5 minutes drive into Arundel town - I expect you could walk into town but it was too cold for us. 

Staff were warm and welcoming at the reception. They were also helpful and advised that it was best to be back before the road was closed for works from 8pm which is directly outside the hotel towards Arundel.

Room was nice and clean, towels provided and Baylis toiletries for hand wash and shower gel. 
Int he room is a hair dryer and also a kettle to make tea and coffee. 
It was a bit cold in the room for the kids so we did put up the heating a little - warms up very quickly and we had to open the window to cool it down. Rooms do not have a cooling functionality. 

We were on the ground floor in a family room and giving it 4/5 as we could hear people in the morning walking around above us. We were ok with it at that point as we were awake already but if you’re a light sleeper might be an issue. 

There is a Beefeater adjacent to the building but we didn’t eat there.

Checkout was easy - just drop key off in a drop box at reception. 

I would stay here again and would recommend it as a nice clean play to stay but I’m not unsure if I would stay during the Summer.

Great clean place to put your head down

Friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast is not buffet style.  Had to wait ages for my full English didn't bother ordering the porridge as this would have taken too long to wait, need more staff for weekend service.  Breakfast arrived swimming in fat and overbaked, obviously the food was sitting around in a hot oven.  The lovely lady on reception asked me how my stay was going, I mentioned the abysmal breakfast, she arranged for a freebee for the following morning. Building looks in need of a lick of paint but overall the location is excellent for Arundel town and station.

Usual Premier Inn expectations and reception staff really helpful

A little off-putting on arrival as the whiteness of this quite old building is rather past it's re-do date. This is more noticeable from the rear car park where our satnav directed us. Parking, on a Sunday night, was very easy.The reception however was efficient and welcoming and the room recently updated and comfortable. The adjacent Beefeater was busy for dinner but coped well to give us a pleasant and enjoyable meal. Check-out was simply a key drop. As always with Premier Inn the staff were first-class and the value very good indeed.

We visit Arundel town and Castle maybe three times a year and always stay at the premier inn and never a disappointment  and always greeted  like  VIPs by the friendly restaurant  staff (Shona and Carol and not forgetting the lovely HAZEL) who are just amazing people , abig thank you to Maurice on reception who lets you know Interesting places to visit
