We stayed in this hotel for exactly one week (2 people) and are really impressed. At first there were few circumstances, such as the room door no longer opening or the shower head was broken. The reception staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. They had an open ear for all questions or concerns. The rooms were cleaned every day, the towels were very clean. The entire area is very large and varied. The dining room was always neatly maintained, the waiters were always happy serving the food. The beach was extremely clean and reserving the beach chairs was very beneficial. We particularly liked the events that took place on the beach, at the pool and in the evenings. Children were really always involved. The entertainers always talked to you and integrated us in the fun. Every day something new awaited us and every animator was entertaining. Definitely recommend the hotel and it was very sad to leave.
