The owner and the people there are super helpful and welcoming. Every hotel should have this kind of staff.We would be higher on condition rating but the configuration of the room is off-putting-the shower has a glass wall looking right into the bedroom. I don't know if all the rooms have that design. Also there are some tripping hazards on the stair doorways, one of us just avoided a serious fall because i turned around to point out the hazard which enabled me to catch her as she tripped over it. I have come to know over the years that contractors in Italy do some wierd stuff.
