The hotel is in a nice, quiet location, which made the stay very relaxing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, it would be even better if there were more options on the night room service menu. The outdoor area could also use more lighting and a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff were generally helpful, but it would be great to have someone available to assist with luggage throughout the entire day, including at night, as there is usually only one receptionist on duty. A special mention to the receptionist, Ayaa, who was very kind and helpful, she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and really enhanced our experience.
