Mercure hotels are always a guarantee of quality!
Position is impressive, right in front of Smolenskaya metro station and in general minutes away by walk to the bustling Arbat district.
Hotel is modern, very clean and well-equipped; staff is highly professional and welcoming. Room was a little small though very functional: I could work without any hiccups nor discomfort.

Wonderful Stay!
I had a fantastic experience staying at the Mercure Hotel in Moscow. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps away from the metro station, making it super easy to get around.
The hotel staff were absolutely amazing friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.

I liked the hotel service / Location was great only few minutes walking to Arabt street/ Hotel will provide you glass bottles of water every day and you can fill them up also as much as you can that was great 👍🏻

The Wifi wasn’t strong enough, but was working + as a person who used to sleep with Ace , the Ace wasn’t cold enough for me 😁

Clean and cozy room with nice decoration. Staff are friendly and lovely. Location is very near to metro “Smolenskaya” Dark blue line (No.3) and it is very near to Arbat street too. Room price is decent and it is highly recommended 🤗🎉
Bed is nice. Restroom is clean, but we don’t get all toiletry kit like shower cap and toothbrushes 🤔
Staff are helpful and speak good English.
