Has bar and restaurant facing the sea..very good food and nice ambience 

Beach area was very clean with a very beutiful white and brown sands..We had a great time..Highly recomended!

Very accomodating staff. Hotel room is nice and neat. The staff accepted our late check in and offered us the deluxe room for the same price of the standard room for a welcoming treat for their new building. The beach is clean and well-maintained. Quiet place and not crowded. Good parking lot just beside the hotel rooms.

Excellent

Good choice

We stayed in this resort for a night. Didn't book ahead as we are a big group of 20 including 12 kids. We negotiated for 2 rooms (Room 9 and 10 ) with extra sleeping mattresses for 16k which was okay.
There is ample parking on the property, a short distance walk to your rooms as it can get crowded if guests park beside the buildings.

The size of the only pool is not for swim but for a dip if your lucky to have a spot. Our 12 kids alone couldn't all fit in. They should make the pool bigger at least three times the size to accommodate guests.

The rooms we had were on the second floor (On the buiding right next to the reception).Clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean, water pressure is not a problem. Air conditioning is great. Decent size TV, 2 chairs , a coffee table. A small round table and a couple more chairs.

You are not allowed to bring in food bought from outside. Really? They want you to order from their bar and restaurant. That is where the big problem starts.

Since we were a big group, we decided to wake up early and have breakfast at their restaurant. It was shambolic and chaotic to say the least. Our orders took a lifetime to be served. I am not exagerrating when pancakes took an hour, scrambled eggs on toast took an hour, beef tapa and rice 50 mins. The kids were hungry and  we even had our phone timers on to make a point. I even offered to help in the kitchen.Some of us passed on breakfast as by the time it comes, it would be time to order lunch! Tip, go out and eat at all cost. Our breakfast took us 2 hours, time we could have spent on the beach.

The beach is not the cleanest but we have to make do. The downer was a tunnel of flood water going straight to the beach just beside the property. (shown on pics)

But this one tops it all. If the owner of the property is in any way spiritual or religious, they may want to have some sort of spiritual cleansing for the property. Crazy as it may sound but there are " overstaying guests" particularly in room 9 and 10. My niece have a "third eye" and we all went scared when she said that there is a woman staying in room 9 and a man in room 10. We were discussing this at breakfast and another male guest also said that he was hearing something weird in his room. Not to scare guests but if this thing doesn't bother you then no problem.

Check out was no drama.

Disappointed and hungry

we went here to book only the cottage, but they didnt let us in as we have three cars so they told us that we needed to book a room, this resort also charge 750 per pet if you bringing along your furbabies , not budget friendly if you ask me if you have many pets to bring, i suggest go to the public beach acapulco beach, entrance near auro resort ,one that has public cottages where you can rent in , the only downside is its public and no fan inside so its pretty hot inside when at night , you can bring your own tent

Nice room, very convenient , approachable staff. For improvement, they need to increase wattage or just change to LED bulb in the room, it feels dark even the light is on. Decent food selection. They have good parking space compared to neighboring resort. Ideal for barkada gate away

Good Place to stay

It has a great view, "white sand", BUT ... pool is super dirty, all amenities are paid NOTHING is FREE and Complementary with your stay even drinking water and hot water. Videoke, billiard room not free, we even thought swimming pool and jacuzzi are not free but we dont recommend you using those because it's dirty even it's blue, water causes itchiness and insects are floating all over the pool even dead spider and mind you, white sands are bought and sprinkled all over the area to have a white sand look, they dont even rake the seaweeds washed ashore, CR smells, food too much expensive and doesnt fit the looks and description. The staffs , we rate them three stars as well. 
Like I said, it's a great place,  just clean it thoroughly and place on your advertisement that nothing is free on your hotel and staffs should practice customer service a little bit more thank you. 

Great place with hidden something

The hotel offers basic accommodations by the sea. The buildings look old and the rooms are a little worn down. The food at the restaurant is good. The beach is average. The staff are courteous and the service is good.

Basic accommodations 

Could have been a good place to stay if staffs are more friendly and have a welcoming smile for the guests. Our room haven't been cleaned properly before we checked in,dusty floor and dusty windows, bathroom tiles has mold and dirty, not much of water coming out from the shower,dark room even when light was on, no complimentary for the guests like bottled water, an electric kettle for coffee. Weak Wifi, swimming pools are dirty, They don't change the menu for free breakfast, we had the same menu every morning during our stay. Staffs are always on the lookout for something to charge to us. Foods are pricey. Hope the management will fix this problems. Instead of relaxing stay it ended as exhausting and disappointing stay.

Disappointing/terrible

‘Been to this place a couole of times but sadly instead of improving, its becoming worse. First - Staffs, they need to undergo overhaul training, they don’t know how to interact with their guests, treating guests with dagger looks, always finding any faults to report to the office. Management - rip offs, they say one thing but after a while change their statements, no consistency to think that we’re paying guests. Ammenities/ Housekeeping - We only get the soap, shampoo on the day of check-in. We expect to have a kettle in the toom for warm water and coffee as complimentary but there was none. Water is poor for both the shower and the toilet bowl. Restaurant - Pricey.  Pool - dirty. Power outtage - also experienced it during our stay in there. There’s always room for improvement guys, wake up before its too late…

Terrible stay

We had to resort to this hotel after a nearby one was fully book for the night. We got the family room which had 2 rooms, an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen which was very spacious. This was around 9000php for the night. 

The swimming pool is VERY small. And the place is ok. 

Less than an hour of being there, there was a powercut and it took them awhile to put the generator on, which was ok. We then went out for dinner at another resort to then came back to have another powercut, which we had to wait quite awhile for it to come back on. This must have happened twice in a space of an hour. 

With that the shower was awful, there was hardly any water coming out and this wasn’t cleaned as a used soap bar was still there. The drainage for the bathroom didnt have a strainer and was just a whole, therefore about 3/4 cockroaches were coming out from there. 
In one of the rooms the air conditioning had water leaking out which had the socket right underneath it. 

At around 2.30 in the morning, we found that they have turned the generator off which resulted in our air conditioning and light being turned off, bare in mind we had a 1 year old and 9 year old with us. We had to go and get someone from their office/reception to turn it back on again which took way more than an hour.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this place and wish we could get our money back. We were so upset with our stay that instead of spending the whole day the next day to look around, we just wanted to go back to the city.
