• Before booking a room, the owner of the animal must inform the hotel administration of the breed of his pet. The hotel reserves the right to determine the possibility of living, this pet in the room;
• It is forbidden to leave the animal in the room, lobby, on the lawn and common areas without the owner's supervision;
• In public areas (corridors, hallways and elevators) the animal must be in a special carrier or muzzled and on a leash, the bird in a cage;
• Placement of birds in the room is allowed only in a cage;
• The restaurant and other public areas of the hotel are closed to animals;
• It is forbidden to walk animals on the lawns around the Hotel;
• It is forbidden to wash animals in the bathroom of the room;
• It is forbidden to use dishes belonging to the Hotel to feed a pet;
• It is forbidden to use bed linen and towels for a pet;
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with a pet:
- in case of violation of the rules of residence,
- in case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of a pet.
Obligations of the pet owner to the Hotel:
1. A guest living with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the room, on the territory of the Hotel;
2. The guest is obliged to bring with him a special rug, a bed or a special cage for a pet;
3. For feeding pets, the guest is obliged to bring special dishes with him;
4. The guest is obliged to independently clean up the waste products of the pet;
5. The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room or the repair work in the room by the hotel staff.
Guest Responsibility:
1. The owner of the pet assumes all responsibility for solving the problems of nutrition, cleaning, walking the animal;
2. All responsibility and expenses for possible damage to the property of the hotel complex by animals shall be borne by the owner of the pet in accordance with the price lists approved by the Hotel;
3. The owner of the pet assumes all responsibility for cleaning the waste products of the animal;
4. All risks to the Hotel and third parties related to and arising from the behavior of animals, as well as the time and conditions of their stay in the Hotel's room stock, are borne by the owner of the animal.
Guaranteed hotel accommodation with payment upon check-in is available from 02:00 РМ to 04:00 РМ. After 04:00 РМ the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if necessary. To guarantee late check-in, you must pre-pay your reservation. Due to high hotel occupancy, non-guaranteed (unpaid) reservations will be canceled at 04:00 РМ. |
