This hotel is in a beautiful location and it is a restored building with spa and thermal baths. The standards are not a five star, still very well kept and in continuing restoration to raise the standards but the quality of service, the kindness of the staff ( Morena has been extremely gentle even to give me a discount due to a wrong charge from the booking company, the morning staff as well,always smiling and helpful ) makes a huge difference and give this hotel the kind of hospitality that is not easy to find around the world, but in Italy even more. Definitely a place to keep in mind if looking for a relaxing break from everyday life. Well done!!!
