Before we arrived, Pauline gave us an excellent introduction to true French hospitality. From booking our day trips, to restaurant recs, to transportation - Pauline was responsive and brilliant. Every staff member at the hotel was gracious and memorable. It felt like we were staying at a fully staffed home. Every part of the hotel is clean and intimate. The decor is outstanding. The restaurant and outdoor patios were a regular beginning and end to our day. The hotel made our trip to Paris the epitome of “chef’s kiss!.” The entire staff deserves bonuses! Highly recommended.
