Hotel Höri INN 

I came to Switzerland with my father and we decided to try this hotel for a night after landing in Zurich because it was close to the airport. We had rented a car and had no trouble finding this hotel. The location isn’t bad in my opinion. You have a nice view of the trains going by. It is in an industrial park area and there is other factories/companies in the same building which is a little different but didn’t deter us at all. There are restaurants near by within walking distance. The check in process wasn’t terrible. I contacted the hotel Via email ahead of time and gave them my passport number (as they require for reservations). When I arrived I simply pressed the British flag and was able to sign in with English instructions. The only thing that was annoying was the letter ‘u’ and ‘n’ and we needed those... so we kept pushing until we finally got one. Frustrating. They spit out a key card and receipt with your room number. The rooms are easy enough to find following signage. The room is very clean and modern in looks. No air conditioning or fans but the windows can open wide. They use a key card system to activate the lights and electronics in the room which is a cool way to conserve energy! The bed is comfortable. The bathroom clean. We haven’t had breakfast yet but it’s on the first floor when you first walk in. They have an instruction book for the hotel on the desk that is both German and English. Also there is free parking along the building. Some spots are reserved for the factory employees but the hotel parking is clearly marked and near entrance. I would say we are quite pleased with this hotel!
