I only stayed for the one night, but the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all with a smile and came across that they genuinely cared. The room was lovely, the products provided in the bathroom were great and the room was clean. One great thing was AC (after staying in Tuscany with no AC I may be biased but you can’t deny how good it is when it’s 37 degrees outside!) the room was dark and beds comfy. The breakfast was super varied with a good mix of cooked and continental. Check in and check out was super easy and informative. With the man at reception (didn’t catch the name) taking time to walk me through a map and point out some places to go. It’s super central and 2 mins walk to the duomo.
