We booked fairly last minute through Booking.com and chose to splash out on a sea view terrace suite. The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us which worked very well and we had a lovely welcome despite arriving after midnight - friendly reception who offered us a glass of fizz and a bottle of fizz in our room. Our suite was lovely - very comfortable with a beautiful terrace [although it is a real shame that the lights are on all evening as we would have loved to sit out there in the evenings - this is something I think the hotel should consider - I appreciate it’s for the aesthetic but as a guest it’s a real shame.] Housekeeping throughout our stay were wonderful, and kept our room beautifully. We only stayed for 4 full days and ate lunch in the lovely restaurant each day with delicious food and fantastic service and then relaxed by the pool in the afternoons - we also swam in the sea and enjoyed the city in the evenings. We also enjoyed a thermal circuit in the beautiful spa. The trip was exactly what we wanted - lovely friendly hotel, great service, lovely city, delicious food and plenty of relaxation and we’ll definitely go back again. All the staff were lovely but special thanks to Alvaro who looked after us by the pool, Abdel, Marina and Maria in the restaurant every lunchtime and all the housekeeping especially Ana Lilia. All in all a really lovely holiday in a lovely hotel. Perfecto! Muchas Gracias a todos.
