13 reviewsThe staff are so good they helped us plan our whole 3 days in Rome easily when we arrived and gave us loads of great tips and recommendations. The location is good also nearby to some restaurants and mini markets and only a 10 minute walk to the Termini and Colosseum. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rome. The only thing that I would complain about is that we were told we would have a safety deposit box and didn't. I one day hid my money under the mattress (silly idea I know) and completely freaked out when I got back and it was gone; mid meltdown one of the guys who I assume lived in an apartment next to ours come to see how we found the property and assured me I would find the cash. The guy flipped the bed with me and found that the maid had in fact hid it in my pillow case for me - I was so grateful for the help and the honesty as it could have easily have been taken. We also arranged our airport transfers through RomeArt which was easily done. The breakfast is over the road and is one drink and one cake/croissant the place is okay. Wi-Fi was slow but apparently this is the case from the whole of Rome.
