Old well kept building, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and nice a little long walk to parking is the only conplaint

The space for our family of 6 was huge also so close to the beach

Amazing. So many things for kids to do. Very clean. Loved the karaoke singing.

My kids and I was down for spring break and we really enjoyed everything!!! This condo was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking!!! We will for sure book again!!!!

We stayed in unit 1430 for the 3rd time and love it. The condo is spotless, very well kept & the furniture is in perfect condition. The views are unbelievable. The resort has everything you need on site or nearby. The elevators have been updated and are super fast. we'll definitely be back!!!

beautiful resort.  Beautiful emerald beaches.  Very nice staff.  Very convenient.  Staff was very accommodating including beach attendants.

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience. Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good. Overall, good experience.

Parking garage is across the street and  is connected to the hotel by skybridge. Cool bar within the skybridge itself. Really feels like a journey to get to your condo. But the condo was clean with working appliances. I believe these condos are owned by different people so you really never know what kind of owner you’ll have. Had a great stay!

Nice, but exhausting at times 

We enjoyed our stay here! Would recommend. There were several elevators broken dow and a couple things in the room that needed repair. But , the beds were comfortable and things were clean. We loved the openness of the condo and loved the nice table on balcony that we could all sit to have breakfast.

June beach stay yay!

I would probably say a 2 . Only one elevator was working a lot of time and they only had 2 working when it did. That makes for a lot of waiting in a 23 floor motel. Most mornings and evenings there was usually a 20-30 minute wait to get one the elevator. Condo was ok. Nothing special and when you leave they send you an email of everything you have to do or be charged for it. I’ve never had a motel room/condo that we’ve had to do that with before. We just left so I’m assuming we’re going to be charged for something even though we did everything in the email. Maybe not. Just a feeling from talking to them a couple of times. I won’t be using them again

Loved the location of the property. Property was decorated very nice! What we didn't like was that the toilets were very nasty under the rim, we had to purchase cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves. You could tell the toilets bowls under rims had not been cleaned for some time, and also it could have been dusted better. The smell of dust was very strong. But overall it was a nice place to stay!

This property was beautiful. The pools were great, the room was great, the proximity to the beach was great. I wish there was a little more direction upon check in as to the confusing elevator situation. Checking in at a different location that the actual property was a little odd. Overall great, would stay here again!

Beautiful location right on the white sugar sand beach. Everything is close lots of restaurants shopping etc but the grocery stores do require a short drive. The condo had everything you need lots of cooking pots pans etc.Only minor issues with the condo was its badly in need of interior paint, several light bulbs were burnt out, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didnt look like it was secured to the ceiling very well and the master bathroom faucet had a steady annoying drip.  Tried to fix the drip I ended up shutting the water off under the sink.Reported the leaky faucet but never heard anything back and we stayed 6 days.Also be advised that the beach loungers and umbrellas are expensive to rent so you may want to consider bringing your own or buying some while you are there.Overall nice stay and we had fun swimming in the clear  warm waters.

Beautiful unit.  A+ Just like the pictures.  Great decor and layout.  Plenty of seating.  Gorgeous view!  Last minute booking so was very grateful to find it!  Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great A/C, clean unit.  All plates, pots, glasses common to most units these days were provided.  Missed my Keurig though.  Very nice balcony seating with raised Adirondack chairs.  Lovely touch.  

Just constructive criticism to follow (only because y’all asked 😊) Absolutely none of these things should prevent anyone from booking this unit though…it’s just a heads up…

B- regarding supplies.  20 bucks worth of little extras (sponges, trash bags, etc) would make for a A+.   However, manager did prepare us for that, so we came well prepared.  You should too.

A+ regarding management.  Excellent communication for sure.  Unit was ready on time and they were quick to respond to a couple of small things.  They answered the phone right away and texted throughout the entire process.

C+ The resort itself.  It’s not the best, but not the worst either.  It looks really nice from the outside and the entryway gives a great first impression.  Once you get in, it definitely looked a little rough.  Looking it’s age I suppose (like many of us lol).  Funny odor lingering around the building.  Elevator wait times and convenience of getting from car to unit was probably the worst of it.  Longggg walk to car and then waited up to 30 minutes for an elevator.  Ugh 😩 we only left unit to go to dinner so it was fine for us.  WiFi was pretty bad so be prepared for a little technology break.  I loved that part, believe it or not.  Quality family time was forced upon us.  Lol

A+ The beach was spotless.  It did get pretty crowded by the shoreline.  So get there early if you want a spot with an unobstructed view.  People showed up with pop up tents and chair/umbrellas at 6am to claim a direct waterfront spot!  They would be on top of each other to be the closest.  Hilarious!  So put your game face on and get there early.  Lol.  Either way, it was still stunningly beautiful wherever you sat.  Plenty of room for everyone.

B+ Pool was nice and offered a break from the hot sun.  The tiki bar was awesome!  Nice strong drinks.  Good prices.  Pool was not too big or too small.  Sort of just right.  Again, kinda looking it’s age.  Still loved it!

A+ for the area in general.  We have been coming for years and love the whole beach vibe here.  Water was comparable to the many Caribbean islands I’ve visited.  Crystal clear.  So many great restaurants.  Runaway Island is right next door and you can walk to it right from the beach in your bathing suit.  Love that about PCB.  Lobster Ravioli was outstanding!  We ate constantly…Sharkeys, Pineapple Willies, Captain Jacks we’re a hit.  Did a dolphin snorkel tour and hit shipwreck island water park on the way home.

Overall great time, great location, great management and would recommend!  Did not want to leave.  We will be back.  Thank you 😊

Nice location

The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room. Nice size balcony. Beautiful view. I loved the bay window in the master bedroom.  If I wanted quiet time, I would sit at the table in front of the bay window. I did find the lack of Internet and TV instructions a real pain. Once I got the Internet working we watched our Netflix account.Also getting to and from the parking garage was complicated. Easy to get turned around. I do recommend staying here. We will be back.

If you are looking for a spectacular beach and ocean view this premise does not disappoint.  We had ocean side top floor and the condo was just beautiful.  The windows are floor to ceiling through the whole back so your view and sounds of the ocean is in living area as well as bedroom.  It was very clean and well supplied with towels and cooking essentials.  Of course we did not go a peak season but May still provided warm temperatures and the ocean was great to take a dip.  The pools are very clean.  One is heated.  There is availability to rent chairs and umbrella and that is a must for a day.  The restaurant next door is delicious and I will write their review also.  The people staying were all very nice and its a great family place for the kids.  I could not be more pleased.  Thanks so much.
