Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Another big thank you to the domestic staff - the initial pillows were a little wooly; however, this was soon sorted and firmer pillows were sorted. The hotel is ideally situated for the main tourist attractions, transport hubs and eateries. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and serviced regularly. Although my wife wanted to practise her Italian, I was able to converse clearly in English with all staff members encountered. We couldn't find a fault - not that we looked, because with service like we received, finding fault was the last thing in our minds. Highly recommended. Thank you, Elite Hotel
