1st time stay in Citizen M Tower of London. Have previously stayed at the hotel in Glasgow, so we knew what to expect ie a pod room, remote control for lights, blinds etc. We were in Room 535 with a great view. Good shower and comfy bed. Large tv. Great self check-in but staff on hand to assist if required. Breakfast was great, hot food, cold meats, cheese, fruit juice, cereals etc something for everyone. Large breakfast area very busy with guests. and with business people having coffee's working on their laptops. All staff were friendly and chatty. We Njoyed a cocktail after a night out, again luvly staff. The main entrance is the usual quirky CitM style. We thoroughly joyed our stay. Also in a great location, a tube ride from Kings X. Also a nice outdoor seating area. also a wee coffee shop just inside entrance. A great area for local restaurants and bars to visit. Highly Recommend a Visit :) :)
