Staff are friendly and speak pretty good English. Lots of room to move around. Great location in the center of Moscow. Free use of the washing machines. Two desktop computers that are free to use.
What was bad
Bathrooms can be slightly dirty sometimes. Limited hot water for showers and water pressure sometimes cuts out for a minute or so.

Oh my god i can’t say enough good things about this hostel. Ive traveled a lot (europe, east asia, asia, americas) and have stayed in many hostels before but this is definitely one of the best if not the best. The location is 10/10 it’s 10 mins walk to the red square and the lively part of moscow CBD. The reception is amazing they’re so friendly, accomodating and no hint of rudeness/arrogance/annoyance like you would experience in other European

The very central location and overall good infrastructure.
What was bad
So the male room has 14 beds almost all full. 4 guys snoring completely loud so sleeping was impossible. Also not good ventilation so the room would get very hot, very dry and very suffocating at about 4am. It’s a good hostel with terrible sleep.

The kremlin red square was 1.5 km from the hostel
Bed was comfortable. It was a family room so 5 people could sleep there. There was AC. Tv and wifi

It was a nice stay there. This is very close to the city centre. So it is convenient to walk to tourist places such as Red Square and Kremlin. Many restaurants, pubs and shops are in the close vicinity of this hostel.
In addition, the staff is helpful. They maintain cleanliness there. It is a big hostel and they are managing it very well. Moreover, its tariff is quite affordable.
What was bad
They don’t provide shampoo or conditioner.
