Fantastic week here at Ripa Alta with 9 families from the Netherlands. We hired all houses together for the entire group, so total privacy. The view from the terrace and pool towards Todi is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean, the pool at the exact temperature and the houses are well-equipped. The owner arranged a repairman as soon as something broke down. The only negative thing I can think of is that Olivi has AC, but the other houses unfortunately have not. And it was warm... Other than that: Highly recommended!
