We stayed here for three nights in October 2016. Initial impression, based on one or two negative reviews, suggested we might have been better off spending a lot more money and finding a B+B closer to the city centre. But as it turned out, it was a 5 minute walk from Roma Tiburtino station and outside appearances were deceptive. The surrounding area looks rather shabby and the buzzer system isn't the easiest method of gaining entry if your Italian is limited (the owners barely speak a word of English). But once inside the décor and quality of facilities was mind-blowing. This is a beautiful, quirky, family-owned establishment where nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is frugal - even by Italian standards - but we still fell in love with the place and would definitely come again.
