Small town population 1200 when some 30 family and friends arrive from Australia. Accommodation lovely and service better. Greeting from staff from the moment we arrived, to breakfast to drinks at the bar. Helpful in suggesting local eateries and adventures. The traditional Bivongi culture and local daily activities was so uplifting. Even with little/no Italian language the experience was made easy and enjoyable. What an incredible town - so nice and refreshing from the typical busy tourist destinations. Strongly recommend it.
