Best Negresco 

If you are unsure of whether to book this hotel, then do it! This was my first family holiday with my children aged 17 and 14 and we could not have had a better time in this hotel. I will start with the room, we got placed on the top floor after I emailed the hotel directly to explain this was our first family vacation outside of the UK and if possible could we be placed in a room with amazing views. They did not disappoint, the views were breath-taking! The reception team were amazing from start to finish, easy check in and out, very friendly and attentive staff. The room and hotel was spotless, daily room cleans, fresh bedding and constant cleaning of the hotel. The food was 10 / 10 with some dishes freshly cooked in front of you. The team during service were fast and efficient taking the plates away to avoid build up on your table. The all inclusive drinks were quality with self serving cocktails and beer, and stronger drinks from the bar staff who were amazing! The hotel in right on the beach and the hidden coves are breath-taking. We spent most of time either by the pool or at these beaches and we couldn't have wanted more! the transport into Salou's centre is literally on the hotel's doorstep, with busses running every 15 minutes. The entertainment team on an evening was fantastic! so funny and a wide range of shows to suit all ages from toddler to teenager to adult. I can not recommend this hotel enough, we are looking to book the same chain in Tenerife for this year, based on our amazing family holiday here last year on May 15th. The weather is wonderful in may up to 30 but evening can be a little breezy so bring a jacket. This hotel is amazing value for money, it has everything you need at amazing affordable prices. The noise level was low on evening Please book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
