One of the best stays — extremely lovely room (we had the Lagar suite) and the breakfast was incredible. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet stay away from crowds (you’ll definitely need a car here). Super helpful staff (thanks Jessica!)

What a glorious place! Discreetly nestled in the middle of a volcanic landscape, this small cluster of private apartments is a peaceful, stylish haven. In the morning you wake up to the sun rising over the volcanoes, and when you open your door, a gorgeous, fresh, delicious breakfast arrives—if you’re lucky, perhaps accompanied by the sweet, friendly dogs of the main house. Gonzalo is a very kind host—his relaxed manner makes one feel at home. The central location makes for easy drives to sites around the island. If you can imagine, this place is even better than the incredible pictures suggest! Thank you, Gonzalo!

One of my best experiences I ever made! Travelling around the world I am used to stay in upper class hotels. It was the first time I stayed in B&B and I have to admit, it was fantastic! The silence, the view, the scenic beauties - just marvelous! Not getting bored on breakfast buffets, which are always the same, has just to be mentioned as a side note. The breakfast presented was great, home made ingredients or at least from the island itself. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and helpful! The flat: how to describe a place you have to experience on your own? It is a modern and stylish flat which is simply WOW! All designed to perfection with a fantastic view on vineyards and hills! The Wifi is working perfect and is for free of course!
We strongly recommend to have a visit at Buena Vista!

Converted houses on a finca in the extraordinary Geria wine valley. Huge windows overlooking astonishing volcanic hills. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast served by charming host in your own little suite. I can't recommend it more highly.

Stunning views in the middle of volcanic landscape!

Amazing place to stay, just perfect!

This deserves 6 stars

A perfect hideaway

We stayed for a week, and it served us very well as a base for our daily excursions. But we thought we were paying for a particular level of service and experience, and unfortunately we didn’t think this delivered on the promise of exceptional luxury. It is spacious, stylish and secluded, but the kitchenette was very primitive, situated in a cupboard, with a fridge that didn’t quite fit. The apartment boasts a generously proportioned luxurious polished concrete bath & rain shower, but it’s located in the bedroom & that is also (more or less) true of the toilet due to its jamming door that didn’t quite shut. And while we did appreciate the large windows that afforded a view across some of the black lava vineyards of the La Geria region, there were no curtains that could be drawn for privacy. Late at night having a glass of wine on the sofa we found ourselves on display for other guests coming back from their tours later in the evening. The breakfast was satisfactory but, it has to be said, extremely samey (we were staying for a week) and often it was served up to 20-25 minutes later than agreed (8.30). The drive up to the property is via an unadopted road and can be a bit of a challenge in the dark. 
Don’t get us wrong: it was absolutely fine, but to be honest we’ve stayed in far more luxurious accommodation elsewhere in the world without paying through the nose for it. 75% would seem a fairer price.

Not quite as luxurious as anticipated 

We are coming back to you regarding our stay which did not go as we had hoped.
Architect working in fashion, this hotel, on photos seemed perfect for us.
What a disappointment
Contrary to the photos on the site, the hotel is poorly maintained, dirty and without privacy. (bathroom in front of the access to the car park).
There is no air conditioning that works, no window that can be opened, no window in the room.
What about the dirty installations, the floor full of residues, as well as the interior of the cupboards of the kitchen, and the sink of the toilets, (the solitary) No sink in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower
The breakfast service requested by a simple open door (the only one) that we opened at 07:45, arrived at 09:15
It's a very bad experience for us, and we had no choice but to leave.
We wrote message to the management, which remained unanswered. No professionalism, and no attention to customers. All of the nights paid in advance have been collected in full, however.
