Beautiful bungalow in a beautiful location.  Very friendly hosts that made us very welcome in their home.  Great rooms and breakfast.  Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people.  Definitely recommend

It was lovely seeing Bernie and Gerald again this year when my wife and I returned to Killylea to trace my ancestors. They are a lovely couple and gave us advice on places to go and things to do. They are in the countryside but only a short distance to Armagh. They were totally acommodating to our needs when my wife had a suffered fractured vertebrae. 
Hope to return nexttime we are back to Ireland

This was our first B&B on our two weeks trip and what can I say: it was a perfect start! The B&B room was clean and absolutely quiet. Our hosts Bernie and Gerard had a perfect mixture of having a great humor, being absolutely kind and serving the best Irish Breakfast on our whole trip! Special greetings to Gerard: my cholesterol level is still ok :-) Thanks a lot for everything, we really enjoyed the warm and cosy atmosphere.

Gerard and Bernie made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Their home was clean quiet and in a beautiful location outside of Armagh. Breakfast was yummy! Thanks to both of them for a great stay - we wish it was longer!

We stopped off on our way home from Dublin to see the Giro d'Italia in armagh and were very lucky to have already booked in with Bernie and Gerry as the town was packed! We were very impressed from the minute we arrived. Battleford B+B is a beautiful country bungalow a few miles outside armagh city, in lovely surroundings. Our family room was warm, cosy, spotless and quiet. It was nice to have a double and two single beds and not a sofa bed in sight much to the kids delight! Our hosts gave us great local information and advice. We had a great nights sleep and breakfast was fabulous and faultless. Gerry is a fine chef! This gave us a great start for the days festivities in armagh. The kids said it was the best place they've ever stayed in and we will plan a return! Highly recommended.
