Premier Inn Yeovil Airfield

I have been staying at the Airfield PI hotel for three nights a week for the past six months on business. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms comfortable warm. Although a fan is available, if like me you like it cooler. All the staff there, headed by hotel manager Nicky, have been so friendly and kind towards me from my very first night there. The restaurant is only currently open for hotel guests and parking is free but you need to register your car in reception. I'm looking forward to going back in January and seeing everyone again. Second visit to Yeovil airfield but many to Premier inns around the country. Stayed for 3 nights and as usual with Premier inn had a good experience . Check inn was easy and staff were friendly and helpful .Room was standard for Premier inn , large comfortable with a good bed and nice shower room. We had breakfast only as the adjacent Airfield tavern which was open to the public is now only for hotel guests . This didn't affect the breakfast offering which was very nice , but the evening menu has been very much reduced . The hotel is close to Yeovil town centre and parking is easy for restaurants and shops . We were touring around Devon and Dorset and it was a perfect base.

The staff were so welcoming and genuinely interested in us as people. They could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We often stay in Premier Inns and they are all good but this one seemed to be better than the average. We recommend staying here.
The restuarant is also very good value with tasty food.

The stay was booked for 4 days over the Christmas period as I needed accommodation nearby for my parents (both in their late 80s) with dementia and mobility issues.  I cannot fault the staff; upon arrival they changed the prepared upstairs room to a downstairs one and changed the double bed to twin beds.  Everyone was friendly, helping them with challenges such as using a keycard and ensuring they had additional tea and milk in their room.
They went out of their way to reassure me that they would call me should there be any issues and I was not to worry about leaving my parents alone overnight.
The stay went smoothly and I cannot thank the staff enough for their contribution.

My partner is disabled and wanted to come down to see her . We needed somewhere with a disabled room and the premier inn Yeovil airfield was perfect. Marko the receptionist was great and the breakfast at the airfield tavern was excellent, but make sure you book a table as they cater for the local people as well ,so can get busy 

I stayed here over the weekend as I was attending a wedding nearby. Paulina on the desk was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early so we could get ready for the wedding. The room was clean and there was some biscuits as a gift from the staff. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

Good location with free parking, asda supermarket close by 1 minute walk.  
Friendly staff, room very clean, highly recommended.
Will definitely stay again.

Stayed overnight whilst visiting family. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly especially Nikki who was very knowledgeable about local area. Thanks for a great stay.

Hotel well positioned for trip to Cornwall, and room was fine, with everything in working. However I would avoid eating in the Airfield pub next door. Very limited menu and as I ordered the Mac and Cheese at just under £13, the order took ages (with only 4 people in pub). When it did arrived the size of the portion wouldn't feed a mouse, and with a complaint made we suggested a free portion of chips to boost it out. This we got, but I did feel checking the bins for a tin. Following morning breakfast was fine, but the continental was poor and you had to keep requesting items. And when enquiring about some mustard foe the full English they had none. I will finish though in saying the staff were very helpful and apologetic and it's not their fault that Whitbread have really run down the pub

Holiday stop off

A lovely small hotel, staff great, very friendly. Clean room, we have been several times before to meet up with friends. The only big disappointment was the change in bar/restaurant this time. We usually arrive to have lunch, it's now not open, then check in, have a few drinks about 4 ish then change for dinner. The pub is now not open in the day only 6-9 at night with a very small menu,apart from breakfast. This really threw us. We had to Google the area to find somewhere to go, even the large Asda didn't have a coffee shop. So we took all our business elsewhere. Will really have to think hard about our next meet ups! Shame....

Comfortable and friendly with free parking

Visited Yeovil for work; often choose Premier Inn due to the company policy and business rates, as well as generally being a good place to stay. This hotel was no different; free parking, simple check-in and comfy rooms. Surprisingly quiet during my stay, perhaps due to the restaurant closure at the time; not sure if it was under maintenance or other issues, but the hotel was a great place to stay and I'll book again if needed in the area.

Well located near to our family which was the reason for our stay. Reasonably priced fir premier room. Quiet comfortable room with clean towels and nice shower . Staff friendly. Food limited menu very disappointing and cannot meet family there even for a drink so large loss of revenue.
