Excellent stay will definitely use again. Friendly, professional staff. Nothing was a bother. Ie extra tea/coffee etc plenty of parking available. Great location for Wirral area and for Liverpool. Good access to motorway

Booked my maintenance team into the hotel for 4 night stay they were so impressed with the service staff and room standards very clean fresh towels when asked for new beds very comfortable and breakfast was high standard due to being cooked to order

Firstly this is a great location, much quieter than a city centre hotel which is why I chose it.  The staff here were super friendly!  Nothing was too much.  Always love the breakfast as it has a great vegan menu too.  Rooms were clean and nice and quiet and I got a good nights sleep.  This hotel also has EV charging points that have just been put in so very useful for those doing long distance in an electric vehicle like I was. 

Staff are great, hotel is clean and fulfilled all requirements.  Restaurant attached to Hotel catered for all.  Location was perfect for our needs and the price was ok.  Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

I am 89 years old and I always to Greasby premier inn hotel as it is spotlessly clean warm friendly staff they look after me like I there mum I am give treats of biscuits and hot chocolate but most off they check in on me daily I wish Steve and his team a very happy Christmas and new year thanks again



We have stayed at Premier Inn, Greasby many times, while visiting family in the area. It is very well run and immaculately clean. The staff are very pleasant, efficient and professional. On our most recent visit (02/03/23 - 05/03/23) we received the usual very warm welcome and were treated as friends, as well as treasured guests. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. 

Great place to stop over with good parking facilities and close enough to Motorway to access the port. Furthermore, the room and communal areas were very clean and the staff were delightfully friendly.
The Restaurant was excellent with great food and service at a very reasonable price.

Great staff and service and warm welcome all round my second visit for business would not stay at any other hotel when in the Wirral the staff and manager always go out of there way to make you feel at home best one I stay at pub next door could learn a lot from the team welcome they give as,a female lone traveler well done again 

Me and Mrs would like to thank all the house keeping staff for all their hard work during our stay we was poorly during our stay and the staff really helped get us some shopping in, would also like to say thank you to the manager Steve very polite, we have now returned to the Oz after enjoying our visit to family we've not seen in 25 years the premier inn made it feel alot better

Booked this hotel for a short business trip as was close to Hoylake. Pleasantly surprised how clean and quiet it was. Lovely restaurant on site. Very comfy bed! For the price it was excellent value for money.

Amazing stay

We had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights and couldn't fault the place. 
Staff have excellent customer service skills and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant.
Room was spotlessly clean, beds the comfiest ever !!!
I would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to our return in the Summer 🙂

Stayed up here for 2 nights whilst we were visiting friends in Cheshire, lovely place to stay and even better service, all the staff where accommodating and special shout out to Steve who ensured we had everything for our stay, thanks again.

Great stay

We've stayed in quite a few Premier Inn /H.Inn Express type hotels over the years when needing a one night stay somewhere but this little gem of a find has to be, by far, the best.  The staff were all fantastic from start to finish.  Lindsey was amazing on reception,  she immediately got us a table at the adjoining pub for a meal on arrival and she'd even closed our curtains to make the room feel cosy as we arrived in the evening. The food was absolutely lovely!  The location is perfect if visiting Liverpool or Chester.  It took us 20 mins from leaving the hotel in the morning to being in a car park in the centre of Liverpool.  Our trip was to visit the University on their open day and to get a feel for the city.  If my daughter ends up at the Uni, we will definitely be staying again when we visit her. I wouldn't consider anywhere else.
