Lovely stay, quick check in, friendly staff, big room, comfy beds,  only down side is expensive parking however it’s a safe place to park. We were told if cheaper options from reception staff . Perfect location for shopping too 

Lovely hotel. Fabulous location. Staff were friendly.  Comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities.  Extra tea and coffee in reception if needed.  We went to Swansea arena which was a short distance and plenty of restaurants on the doorstep 

Brilliant location on Wind Street, opposite Wagamama and next to TGI Friday. Spacious, clean room with bath and overhead shower. Comfortable night sleep, and extra pillows in room. Really impressed. Staff in reception very welcoming and friendly. Blackout curtains so pitch black room to aid sleep.

The welcoming at reception was good. Extra teas coffee sugar & milk was freely available with a bag put them in. 

Breakfast continental and cooked was cooked beautifully well. Anything extra required I did not wait long. This was far the best I have eaten in an hotel. All served with the kindest of people with smiles and clear communication that made my day making sure my needs was met. 

Clean environment all the way through the hotel and staircase.

Was brilliant, we stayed in a family room with a single bed for our 12 year old and cot for our 1 year old. They was friendly and attentive to us and the children. The kids both slept brilliant t meaning both adults also had great night sleeps.

Quick check in, room clean. Bedroom was quiet even though it overlooked the main road. We were contacted by the manager just before our stay to say one of their lifts was not working, this did not cause any problems. Good stay to see the sights.

Excellent stay beautiful room & so comfortable also great tasting breakfast definitely recommend & price & quality & distance to everything also discount on car parking hopefully be coming back a great night sleep 

The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Very clean and ready for us on arrival. Check in was simple and we didn’t have to wait as there was 2 members of staff doing check ins. The bar was very welcoming and had a variety of drinks for us to choose from. The restaurant had minimal options however the rigatoni bolognese was delicious! Staff (Liz) was very accommodating to my partners dairy allergy and allowed us to look at the ingredients list to be sure it was safe for him to eat. Overall very pleased!!

Really impressed

Needed somewhere to stay whilst attending a friend's wedding. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Talking to some of the guests who stayed at the wedding venue, our accommodation was better than theirs for several reasons and a lot cheaper. We're very happy that we chose to stay here. 

Lovely stay

Bearing n mind it was a busy Saturday night in town, the hotel was very quiet and we didn’t experience any noise. Room was very large. Wi-Fi was not good. Bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.
