We stayed for three night as part of a coach tour of the Outer Hebrides and can't really fault this hotel. It's quite expensive as prices start at around £290 per room during September. All the staff were really friendly, the food was a good quality although some of the vegetarians weren't impressed with the repeated use of squash and courgette, and the bars were well stocked. There is a large seating area in the reception area plus toilets on the ground floor. Our room was comfortable but the view (see photo) wasn't pretty. We had a over-bath shower that would be tricky for someone less mobile (as happened to one of our party), but the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our bags/clothes. Access to the town is a fairly straightforward 15-20 walk which I would suggest as parking in the town can be tricky, especially in high summer.
