We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years - the location could hardly be better - the Ritz is a near neighbour. The hotel is well maintained, and well staffed. Check in was pleasant . Our superior double on Floor 3 had recently been redecorated and this was done in a pleasant minimalist/modern style. The bathroom was very nice. The bed extremely comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent (which was welcome). The food options at breakfast were comprehensive and you can go for a la carte choices should you wish. Overall, very happy with our stay. One morning I noticed one chap removing any scuffs off the skirting boards in the corridor so someone has a keen eye to keep the place looking spick and span. Overall, for the location this hotel offers good value.
