Kal and Nick were ace and furthermore the chap that was on the night shift was incredibly polite and helpful. I had wanted to give Kal and Nick a tip alas I didn't have any cash, nor could I offer a tip via card paymemt . I went to look for cash back to get some money so I could reward them for how hospitable they were. Perhaps you could add a function where I could give these members of staff a well earned tip? Overall a very good stay. Please pay them more than you do because it's members of staff like this that make me want to come back. I didn't catch the name of the night staff but he was attentive and charismatic, and I'm not taking the Michael, he was a joy. So to summarise, please give them more money. Nice stay. Thanks. Jack.
